Retiree have already become a social group that can not be ignored in our cou ntry.This huge social group has the characteristics of fixed economic income,rich human resources and regular work and rest time.As is known to all,retirement is a welfare system for the elderly,is also a very challenging transition,in the process,though most of the old man has been prepared before retirement,but once left the devoted years of painstaking effort,broke the solid form of social roles,they will suddenly hard to adapt.Because retirement makes them realize that their sense of e xistence in the society is weakened,their desire for realistic roles and personal ident ities cannot match and their pursuit of life quality is no longer strong,and even the ir social influence is obviously weakened due to retirement.In order to improve the adaptability of retired elderly people,China put forward the old-age policy of "pro viding for the elderly,providing medical care for the elderly,providing services for the elderly,providing education for the elderly,and providing services for the elderl y" in 1982,which was written into the law of the People's Republic of China on t he protection of the rights and interests of the elderly in 1996.In this way,under t he policy background of population aging,"healthy aging" and "active aging" have become academic research hotspots.Retirees leave the jobs and interpersonal circles that have accompanied them fo r many years and return to the comfortable family life.In terms of lifestyle,it is t he transition from "professional role" to "leisure role".From the perspective of socia l status,it is a transition from "decision-making role" to "civilian role".From the p erspective of interpersonal relationship,it is the adjustment from "work-centered" col leagues to "family-centered" families.This kind of role change is a great impact on the life and psychology of retirees who have left their posts for a short time,and it is easy to cause the failure of role adjustment of retirees.The author through fiel d survey found that the causes of retiree role adjustment problems mainly has three kinds,they are old roles disappear cause disruption,the role of roles and role abili ty,between desire and traditional role expectation gap between role conflict,and reti ree life support issues,identity is not their own identity and social support factors such as social tagging etc.The author makes corresponding countermeasure analysis to these reasons.In order to highlight the value of professional social work practice,the author in suzhou city golf garden retired less than two years as the research object,through f urther contact to them,using the method of observation and semi-structured intervie w survey research methods,recruiting and selecting team members,in strict accorda nce with the professional relationship,collect data,evaluate and analyze problems,p lan,implementation plan,the results of the assessment process,unit retiree role adju stment problems in the community for social work intervention,help team members to better adapt to new social role,this study can not only broaden the role of reti rees adjustment in theory field,Enrich the theoretical research results of the continui ng socialization of the elderly,deepen the social understanding of retirees in the fiel d of practice,and provide reference for the construction of harmonious family and learning society.
