Capacity On The Transformation Of Academic Achievements Of Local Universities From The Perspective Of Emerging Industries

For a long time,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is of great significance to promoting economic and social development,and is a major problem for Chinese universities to promote social services and economic contributions.The current state also puts forward new requirements for the development of higher education in the new era.Therefore,based on the development of national strategic emerging industries,this paper proposes the conceptual connotation of capacity on the transformation of academic achievements of university based on the theory of triple helix,the theory of collaborative innovation and the theoretical basis of academic entrepreneurship.The capacity on the transformation of academic achievement is the ability of universities to create direct economic or social benefits by combining research with the market and social needs and transforming research results into real productivity.This article will be developed from the following six sections,the first part,the introduction.It mainly expounds the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,and at the same time clarifies the research objectives,research difficulties and innovation points,and sorts out the research status of the university's academic achievements.The second part is the theoretical analysis of capacity on the transformation of academic achievements of university.Starting from the conceptual definition of capacity on the transformation of academic achievements of university,which includes resource endurance,actual external power and organizational consciousness.The third part is the construction of the evaluation index system for capacity on the transformation of academic achievements of university.The analytic hierarchy process and expert method are used to determine the weight of the indicator system.The indicators are based on the quantitative indicators available in the public data and the questionnaire.The fourth part is the analysis of capacity on the transformation of academic achievements of university of G University: facing emerging industries.The overall evaluation of capacity on the transformation of academic achievements in G universities is carried out,and also analyze current situation of the connection between G University and emerging industries.The fifth part is the analysis of the limiting factors of the transformation of academic achievements of G University.Based on the current situation of the school,the historical and institutional reasons for restricting development are analyzed,including the change of school target orientation,the change of teacher evaluation and assessment mode,the change of the enthusiasm of the docking industry,and the change of transformation of the support system.The sixth part is about the cultivation strategy of the transformation of academic achievements of local universities for emerging industries.It puts forward the cultivation of development perception ability,supply and demand matching ability,resource acquisition ability,strengthen incentive reward and punishment system,improve the service level of the whole chain,cultivate market transformation consciousness,and explore the effective development path of local university competency on the transformation of academic achievements.
