With the development of vocational education in our country and the increasing demand for professional talents,the supply of talents in secondary vocational schools has attracted much attention.Secondary vocational schools are schools aiming at cultivating specialized talents.The mastery of specialized skills is the purpose of students' learning.The level of education and teaching of teachers in secondary vocational schools is related to the mastery of students' professional skills.The teacher's teaching level affects the student's employment and work issues.Therefore,in order to be able to adapt to the needs of enterprises and the needs of students as much as possible,and further improve the teaching level of teachers in secondary vocational schools,major and secondary vocational schools have started the cultivation of vocational teachers,and actively cooperate with companies.Co-cultivating excellent professional teachers with rich theoretical knowledge and practical ability.However,the overall effect is not obvious,which has aroused widespread concern in secondary vocational schools and related scholars.The cultivation of teachers in secondary vocational schools has become an important issue that requires in-depth study.This paper elaborates on the problem of teacher training in secondary vocational schools under the background of school-enterprise cooperation in five levels.In the first chapter of the dissertation,first and foremost is to conduct a brief discussion of the research background and the significance of the discussion.The status quo of the data is summarized and analyzed in this field.There is a school-enterprise cooperation,a vocational school,and The relevant concepts of teacher training were divided and divided,and the contents of the study and the methods used in the research were explained.At the same time,the methods used in this study were introduced.The second chapter analyzes and explains the relevant theories used in the paper.The third chapter started the investigation and research on teacher training in the context of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools.First of all,the questionnaire was designed,and the survey of the satisfaction of the cultivation of the secondary vocational teachers in the five vocational schools was selected and the training status was selected.The statistical investigation and analysis,according to the results of the analysis,find out the problems existing in the teacher training in vocational schools under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,and summarize the problems arising from the training of teachers in secondary vocational schools.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the causes of teacher cultivation in the secondary vocational school under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,including the problems of school system,evaluation system and training system,reward and punishment mechanism,lack of investment in teacher training and corporate strategy.Meaning and positivity.The fifth chapter is mainly based on the problem of teacher cultivation in the secondary vocational school under the background of school-enterprise cooperation and the causes analysis,to develop targeted teacher training strategies.Including the strengthening of ideology,behavior,and investment in schools and enterprises,promoting cooperation between schools and enterprises,and forming a benign and systematic mechanism,taking the cultivation of teachers in secondary vocational schools as a long-term goal,and actively participating in and implementing them.Finally get better results.
