"Hierarchical course teaching" is to disrupt the original administrative class under the premise of students realistic basis and personality characteristics and other actual situation of the shift stratification,combined with the students cognitive level,the difference between teachers at all levels of teaching.In order to achieve:Everyone learns valuable mathematics[1],different people get different development in mathematics.The formation of this paper is based on the research results of the "Thirteen-Five-year Plan" of Jilin Province,"High school Mathematics Hierarchical course teaching",aiming at the reform and challenge of the teaching mode brought by the "new curriculum reform and the new college entrance examination" through the investigation and analysis of the mathematics stratification teaching of the Longjing 2015 class entrance students,In this way,insinuating other disciplines,for the future of small class teaching and students to choose courses to provide the basis.Through the follow-up survey of students,parental feedback,hierarchical teaching,comparative analysis of achievements,students psychological changes and teachers experience,this paper really reflects how the general high school in recent years in the face of the decline in the number of students,difficult to run the living conditions,how to improve the quality of ordinary high school teaching,How to seek a breakthrough under the background of college entrance examination reform and explore a way of innovation and development,which is also an urgent problem for every educator to think about and solve.Through the study of the subject,a planned and purposeful stratification of students,so that teachers face all students,to achieve differential teaching,so that different levels of students in different classes to obtain satisfaction,so as to stimulate and cultivate students interest and enthusiasm in learning,completely change students bad habits in learning,cultivate and tap students potential,So that students gradually enhance the confidence of learning,for the future personal development to lay the foundation,do a good job of laying the groundwork.At the same time,it can also enhance teachers sense of responsibility,improve the theoretical level,change the first-line teachers"re-education,Light theory","experience,less research" status quo,for the professional growth of young teachers,for the development and growth of schools,save strength.After more than three years of unremitting efforts,in repeated attempts,continuous innovation,and increasingly perfect in the improvement of the effectiveness of school mathematics teaching,stimulate the professional growth of teachers,the formation of a new school management culture and other expected results,promoting the diversity and innovation of our school classroom.The students classroom learning status is obviously improved,the teachers teaching goal is clear,the reflection is good,and gradually it is recognized by many parties.A number of data show that this teaching model,whether for students with good foundation or poor foundation,has improved from the ability to strengthen the foundation.Although there are still some shortcomings,but it is after all,the college entrance examination reform to promote the classroom teaching reform of the test site,we will be in the future teaching in due course to promote and improve.
