Research On The Construction Of Practice Training Base On Campus Of Vocational Colleges Based On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Training

Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress,is the inexhaustible driving force for the prosperity of a country.Talent is the carrier of science and technological innovation,the competition in twenty-first Century is the competition of talent,with a large number of innovative competition and entrepreneurial ability is the wealth of the country and the nation.Especially after the baptism of the several times of economic crisis,"innovation and entrepreneurship" in the global rise of the wind,innovative economy is leading the direction of world economic development.The core of creative economy is innovation,the essence of which is to cultivate innovative talents.Our country has put forward the strategic goal of building an innovation oriented country.According to the goal,actively promoting innovative entrepreneurial talent training is an important task of our country's reform and development of higher vocational colleges.Under this requirement,higher vocational colleges should actively developing innovative entrepreneurial talent training practice and research,so as to adapt to the continuous development of national economy and higher education.The practical training base in higher vocational colleges is the most effective place to cultivate practical applied talents,which can play an active and important role in the cultivation of innovative talents.This paper first conducts the research to the innovation of foreign higher vocational education and training base,based on the experience of the foreign training creative talent training base,and then through 5 of the domestic vocational colleges to conduct research,introduces the training situation and talent training base in higher vocational colleges in our country mainly,pointing out the existing problems and shortcomings,especially in the current higher vocational school training base"departmentalization" and "enterprise" management of two kind of tendency and influence on talent training.Through the analysis of the existing problems and reasons of building the campus practical training base of innovative entrepreneurial training base model,Then the practical training base in NanTong College of Science and Technology as an example for research,from the "public record space" model to the " tripartite collaboration "mode,NanTong College of Science and Technology of exploring the construction mode of school training base,eventually opened up a new way to the cultivation of the innovative entrepreneurial talent,to provide reference and experience for other vocational school training base construction and innovative talent cultivation.In the process of the construction of training base,the main factor is the management system,including teacher team construction,curriculum system construction,the construction of evaluation mechanism evaluation and corresponding safeguard mechanism.Building innovative entrepreneurial training base should start from these aspects,a comprehensive system to reform,can we truly cultivate high-quality skilled personnel and innovative entrepreneurial talent.
