The history of the world is the continuation and complement of extracurricular reading teaching of world history,its relationship with existing knowledge of world history in the history teaching material closely.At the same time,the language humor and vividness of the extracurricular reading materials of world history can well transform the system and theory of world history knowledge into clear historical examples,enrich the image of historical great men in the textbooks,and help students break through the strangeness and distance sense of world history knowledge in the past.Students can expand their knowledge of world history by using extracurricular books of world history.Teachers can help themselves break through the difficulties in teaching world history by using extracurricular books of world history.Extracurricular books of world history can cultivate national of students sentiments,enhance their self-confidence and sense of responsibility.The full text is divided into four parts to study the extracurricular reading materials of world history in senior high school history textbooks.The introduction part introduces the reasons for choosing this topic,the research status at home and abroad,and the ideas and methods of writing this article.The second part introduces the extracurricular reading materials of world history in senior high school history textbooks,the theoretical basis and the significance of rational use of extracurricular reading materials of world history.The third part introduces the investigation and analysis of students' reading of extracurricular books of world history.The results of questionnaires and students' questionnaires are analyzed respectively and problems are found.Chapter three introduces the problems and suggestions of the extracurricular reading materials of world history.It analyses the problems and suggestions of the extracurricular reading materials from three aspects:teachers,students and parents.Finally,it introduces the suggestions of the new curriculum standard for the extracurricular reading materials of world history.
