With the development of the times,human society has entered a new stage.Knowledge economy and network technology are developing at a high speed,and life is changing day by day to let people think about how education should cultivate people and what kind of people to train.Western societies such as the United States,the European Union,the OECD and other developed countries and regions have therefore put forward the concept of "core literacy." Therefore,Chinese scholars have also studied and discussed the "core literacy",and considered that "core literacy" is a must for contemporary students.It is an aspect that should be practiced in the education sector,especially in the basic education stage,and proposes "Chinese student development." Core literacy framework.The primary school stage is the initial stage of basic education and an important stage in cultivating children's literacy.Primary school students are different from junior high school students and have unique physiological and psychological characteristics.Then,how to implement the school-based construction of the core literacy of Chinese students in the primary school and how to implement the school-based implementation of the core literacy of students has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study takes F elementary school as an example.Through the observation of the core literacy of F elementary school students,the text analysis method,action research method and interview method are used to summarize the basic principles of F-primary school students' core literacy and school-based construction.Practice logic.The study found that adhering to the principles of children's position and childification,emphasizing the principles of intuitiveness and operability,infiltrating the principles of Chinese cultural traditions,and the principles of dialogue throughout democracy and openness are the principles that F primary schools must adhere to in the process of school-based construction;at the same time The combination of induction and deduction,the unity of the individual and the community,the echo of the fast and the slow,the collision of the consensus and the conflict,and the interaction between the system and the outside are the practical logic of the core school's core literacy.Throughinterviews,I learned the current state of the core literacy practice of F primary school students and the problems they face.It was found that F primary school has made a lot of efforts from the school leadership to the teacher level in the practice process,and achieved very good results.However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of awareness of the literacy concept,the lack of literacy concept and the close integration of the curriculum,the lack of core literacy policy planning,and the lack of communication between the school's core literacy education concepts and family education concepts.In addition,through the summary of the successful experience of F primary school,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the school-based construction and implementation of the primary education stage.First of all,school leaders should have a sense of persistent self-renewal and make certain changes to better cultivate students' core literacy.Secondly,educators should have a persistent goal vision,in daily behavioral demonstrations,in classroom teaching.Zhongdu should take the cultivation of students' core literacy as a goal;in addition,the learner's own self-management plays a major role in the cultivation of literacy;finally,the education system should remain open and interoperate with society to better The socialization of education.In short,through this research on the core construction and implementation of core literacy,I hope to deepen the connotation study of core literacy in the 21 st century in the pedagogical stance,deepen the core literacy research in the primary education stage and explore the core literacy theory.Dialogue and integration between policy discourse and school practice discourse.The study also aims to implement and implement the national requirements for the core literacy of Chinese students in the21 st century,and provide practical guidance for the core literacy of primary school students.
