| Group Reading Teaching Method,or Group Reading for short,is a newly emerging practice of reading teaching in recent years,which has made breakthrough in Chinese Teaching.Group Reading basically refers to a teaching model which has at least one core topic and a set of well-selected associated texts,by which teachers and students could read and construct the text together so that they could finally arrive at a consensus.Because of its unique teaching value,in recent years,Group Teaching has gained much popularity among China.However,this method in application now is mainly concerned about primary school students and apparently rare in middle school teaching.Ancient poetry teaching,an important part of junior middle school language education,still has drawbacks in the perspective of teaching methods.The author believes that the teaching of junior poetry could try to use Group Reading Teaching method.This teaching method pays more attention to the initiative of students’ classroom learning and the fully achievement of learner-centered class,which is benefit for junior middle school students to build their own ancient poetry knowledge system.The traditional ancient poetry teaching method,however,can hardly achieve such teaching purpose.Therefore,this thesis,guided by the concept of group reading,will deeply explore and study the value and implementation strategies of Group Reading in ancient poetry teaching in the middle school,which could constantly extend the application of this method in the area of ancient poetry reading teaching.This thesis is mainly composed of the following aspects: the introduction part mainly explains research origin and research value,and summarizes its research status.The first chapter introduces the connotation and characteristics of Group Reading as well as its theoretical basis and value.The second chapter is concerning about analysis of the unique value of Group Reading Teaching in ancient poetry education in the middle school,which consists of the following four perspectives: students,teachers,teaching materials and teaching method.The third chapter focuses on the applied strategies of Group Reading Teaching of poetry reading in junior middleschool,especially from the perspectives of “topic design,text group and text learning”,so that junior middle school teachers can better apply Group Reading to junior high school poetry teaching.Finally,The conclusion part aims to summarize and reflect on the whole thesis. |
