With the continuous development of society,people's psychological state has also undergone great changes,especially the psychological problems of junior high school students,academic problems,interpersonal problems,parent-child communication problems,etc.,and even some junior high school students because of psychology The problem was suicide.In the face of the psychological problems of junior high school students,we have to think about some problems,how to prevent the psychological problems of junior high school students? How to intervene in the psychological problems of students?As a full-time teacher of psychological counseling,the author put forward the topic of “analysis and intervention research of junior high school students with Composition written every week as the carrier” after investigation and many years of practical research,and called for more subject teachers to participate in the intervention.Through the screening of the scale,the students in the intervention are determined,and the characteristics of the student's weekly records are combined to summarize the problem factors.The teacher identifies the students' mental state according to the characteristics of the student's weekly records,and uses Composition written every week to conduct the general psychological problems.Intervention.Among them,Composition written every week's intervention is mainly divided into four parts.First,use the expression of Composition written every week to intervene;Second,use the timeliness of weekly writing to intervene;Third,use Composition written every week's comments to intervene;Fourth,use the form of "WeChat Weekly" and "QQ Weekly" to intervene.Studies have shown that after nearly one year of intervention by psychological teachers and classroom teachers,the psychological problems of students have been well relieved.First,the total scores of the scales before and after the intervention of the students decreased significantly,and the proportion of students with general psychological problems fell by more than half.Second,the research is very effective,can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers,and can promote the development of mental health education in schools,and really help students solve psychological problems.
