Athletic sports plays an important part in our daily life from the very beginning to the end.Life is movement,movement is to enhance their physique.Exercise can also bring enjoyment.According to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China,all school-age children in China shall receive compulsory education,while physical education is an important part of it.The P.E teacher is the main conductor of physical education and guider of the students who need physical training.P.E teachers play an leading role in physical education,under whose guidance the students carry on physical training.The more experienced and excellent the physical teachers are,the more the students would learn in teaching procedure.As a result,the teaching abilities of physical teachers play an essential role in the whole teaching procedure.By means of the Literature Material Law,Questionnaire Survey,Delphi Method and Logical Analysis,this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation system for teaching abilities of P.E teachers in both home and abroad.Following the principles of comprehensiveness,science,practicality,development,the thesis initially identified 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 34third-level indicators,all of which constitute the teaching ability evaluating system in normal universities.By calculating and analyzing the inquiries,the writer finds that there may be some repeated indicators and some indicators that matters little in the whole evaluating system.Based on the actual situation of P.E teachers and the inquiry's findings,the writer makes some adjustment on the evaluating system after his discussion with his adviser,not violating the principles of comprehensiveness and scientific principles.According to second round experts questionnaire of data statistics results,and combined high normal College public sports teachers teaching capacity of actual,used five level score method on levels index of important degree for assigned value,after experts on levels index of score,after statistics andcalculation,eventually determine the evaluation index of weight,according to the index of weight of different,building out high normal College public sports teachers teaching capacity evaluation system of standard volume table.In a Department of public physical education in teachers colleges and universities in several randomly selected public PE teachers using construct evaluation system of public teaching ability of physical education teachers in higher normal colleges,selected several evaluations conducted by the teachers,based on teaching ability of physical education teachers in higher normal colleges evaluation results of statistics and analysis,public PE teachers ' teaching evaluation system in higher normal colleges more perfect.This thesis finally set up an evaluation system to evaluate the teaching ability of P.E teachers after two inquiries,and put it into use to test the teaching abilities of P.E teachers in a normal university.Comparing the result with the comment that some teachers and expert give to those teachers,the writer found that there were some connection between them and the result can also reflect some disadvantages during the evaluation system.Due to it,the P.E teachers and other equivalent teachers can clearly see what they can improve,so as to improve their teaching abilities.
