Research On The Comparison Of The Innovation Ability Between The Football Special Students And The Excellent Football Teachers In Zhe Jiang Province

In recent years,national policies have actively promoted the development of football sports in primary and secondary schools.With the development of football sports,many phenomena show that many primary and secondary schools have problems such as insufficient number of football teachers,low professional level and insufficient innovation ability?This paper through the questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method logic analysis nine sports colleges and universities in Zhejiang province,Hangzhou normal university,etc.of SX liberal art &science college sports education professional football specialty students and excellent football teachers in Zhejiang province as investigation object,relying on the Asame middle school teacher innovation ability theory,scholars respectively investigate the characteristics of both the current situation of innovation ability and then further on a comparison of their innovation ability This paper finds out the gap and deficiency between the football special students and the outstanding football teachers in Zhejiang province,and provides a reference for the further training of the football special students' innovative ability and the reform of sports colleges and universities?Findings are as follows;(1)In terms of the characteristics of students in Zhejiang sports education football special,there are significant differences in the four items of students' innovation ability between different teaching grades and different genders,among which boys' innovation ability is better than girls'(2)In terms of the characteristics of outstanding football teachers in Zhejiang province,there is no significant difference in terms of gender,teaching age,academic qualification and professional title among different teaching grades.(3)In Zhejiang province Zhejiang province sports education football students' innovative ability,and excellent football teachers' comparative study of the innovation ability,innovation ability between overall four dimensions have significant difference,the Zhejiang province outstanding football teaching innovation ability of four dimensions were higher than that of football class,students in Zhejiang province,between the two biggest innovation skills dimension differences...
