Art education development in our country because of the cause of the regional economic differences, In real education teaching practice, too, with emphasis on the discipline teaching, and the professional knowledge and skills in the class in the first place, this kind of phenomenon has long existed in our classroom teaching, most teachers lead to knowledge can’t put this to use, in the society is not the function of art education, and update their knowledge and ability can not keep pace with The Times, to make the students without learning enthusiasm and interest in learning, causes the student to the fine arts education function and role of understanding is not comprehensive, makes the fine arts education in a relatively passive position. Therefore in the fine arts teaching must pay attention to the cultivation of student’s creative personality, give full play to mobilize students’ subjective initiative, let the fine arts education to his proper role.Secondary school is a key period of growth, life of students at the same time the development of self-awareness is a very big FeiYueQi, psychological and physiological in great changes, especially in the thought to seek autonomy and independence, and this period is the important period of personality development. Therefore, to improve the students’ creativity, can pass to art education during this period, the purpose is to promote the cultivation of students’ personality, and guides them to comprehensive, overall improve their self-cultivation and ability, to innovation and creativity in the flexible use of in real life. Since the function and purpose of art education of middle school students comprehensive quality will be greatly increased, so also can be sure to open the art education of the student group has important practical significance.The development of all the things are need to innovation, because it is at the core of social competition, is the vitality of national survival. And art education to cultivate all kinds of ability, the cultivation of their creative personality, to a large extent can be said to be the cultivation of the spirit to the person, is to cultivate the creative talents. So high school fine arts education provided to us on the cultivation of the creative personality, we can not one-sided understanding of it is to let students draw a picture of the creative, more important is deeper to discover their divergent thinking to improve their thinking ability, promote their future life, can play in all walks of life work out this kind of creative ability, promote the development of things.This article is divided into five parts. The first part of this paper expounds the cultivation of learning interest is the premise of students form creative personality, respectively from the excitation, the necessity of cultivating students’ learning interest, and through improving the students’ perception and use of multimedia teaching means, to illustrate the analysis of the fine arts teaching to cultivate students interest in learning the role in the formation of creative personality. The second part expounds the divergent thinking is the foundation of the creative personality cultivation. Divergent thinking is on the fine arts education as the basis of cultivating thinking, because it is the foundation of the discipline and one of the core soul, so to correctly understand the importance of cultivate divergent thinking in the art teaching, how to cultivate divergent thinking ability in the teaching of fine arts, as well as the cultivation of divergent thinking on what are the requirements for teachers and education teaching. Is the third part expounds the emotional ability to promote the formation of creative personality, emotional ability and divergent thinking, are the basic conditions for creating personality, the cultivation of divergent thinking can promote the emotional ability, emotional ability could be directly related to the formation and development of creative personality. Situation of cultivating the ability of art education how to emotion, and emotion ability requirement for teachers of fine arts in this section are carried on the detailed analysis. The fourth part expounds the students in the process of the formation of creative personality, creative imagination is one of the key steps. Creative imagination is the precondition of creating activities, is to create a source of innovation and motivation, is directly related to the ability to create activities can be displayed, and the formation of creative personality of the most crucial step, only cultivate creative imagination can excavate the potential of creative personality. The fifth part expounds the practice of fine arts is an effective way to cultivate creative personality, art practice can promote the improvement of students’ creative ability, practice of fine arts teaching goal and requirements will also have a positive impact on creative personality, further discusses the teaching methods how to change and improve teachers’ comprehensive quality, improve the quality of art practice.
