The reform and development of compulsory education plays an important role in the overall development of China.With the ever-changing times,the reform and development of compulsory education is put on the agenda.Under the established policy,the process of China's compulsory education reform and development has not been smooth.This requires us to find out the core factors that arise.Among the interested parties,how the teachers,students,principals,and parents have had different resistance effects in the process of compulsory education development and reform.It is hoped that the resistance generated by different groups is derived from different aspects and different factors have become the key points of research.To the end,this paper mainly explores the issues related to the reform and development of compulsory education from the resistance of compulsory education reform and development.Starting from the microcosmic research to study the resistance of compulsory education reform and development,through the resistance research on the relevant groups of education reform and development,namely student group,teacher group,principal leader group and parent group,it is found that there are resistance factors caused by median level and the macro level.At present,China's compulsory education reform and development has entered in-depth zone,and the difficulty of reform has deepened.If it can lay a relatively smooth path for compulsory education reform and development.Then the quality of compulsory education will be greatly improved.Meanwhile,the structure of this article is set as follows:Chapter one,after discussing the reasons for choosing the topic,the relevant background of the research,and the purpose and significance of the research,respectively,analyzes the current literature on the resistance factors of educational reform and development,and then uses the literature.The research methods are described.Chapter two mostly elaborates the basic concepts of this paper,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper.Chapter three,through the investigation and study of two compulsory education schools in Yunnan,the research design was determined.According to the designed questionnaires and interview outlines,the two schools in Yunnan were investigated and studied.The multiple resistance factors formed in the reform and development of compulsory education.And analyzed the problems and causes found in the investigation.Chapter three,thinking and suggestion.That is,through investigation and research,further thinking,in order to achieve the purpose of national compulsory education reform and development,to analyze the problems and causes,how to reduce or eliminate the compulsory education reform and development after analyzing the resistance of different levels and various aspects The elimination of resistance on the road can make the reform and development of compulsory education a qualitative improvement,thus improving the overall level of compulsory education in China.Put forward some of my own understanding and suggestions.In short,after studying the resistance of compulsory education development and reform,it is found that from the micro-level student group,teacher group,principal group and parent group have different resistance effects on reform and development.Their different performances have produced synergistic resistance effects in the system,organization from median level,and culture,economic,and politics from macro level.
