A Study On The Management Model And Education Achievements Of Shandong Songjiang Martial Art School

Martial art is an outstanding traditional physical education in China,and it's an important part of our country's traditional culture,and it also is a main major in advanced physical education universities.Martial art schools play a very important role in the development of Chinese martial art.It's the base of the martial art,the pioneer place of the Chinese culture and the spirit support of our country.Shandong Songjiang Martial Art School is one of the great school,which makes great contributions to the development of this career in our country and cultivated a bunch of excellent talents.This paper aims to make an all-round survey of it's development,management and achievements through research lots of materials,field method,logical analysis and so on.In order to find out the weak strength,put forward practical methods and make it be healthier and developmental,this paper analyzes it's management model and summarize its successful experience.The findings of the study are as follows:(1)Shandong Songjiang Martial Art School established for thirty years.It's development can be divided into three parts: the fundamental part,the developing part and the progressive part.(2)Shandong Songjiang Martial Art School has made correct educational concept,school spirit,school motto and teaching aims in its development.It has made scientific and normative school management system.The School carries out the head master-in-charge system,which clarifies scientific organization,detailed responsibilities and makes great efforts together.(3)The School forms strict teaching management system,training management,teaching complement,teaching quality and the standardized class management according to our country's policies and laws.(4)The School adopts fair and people-oriented principles to manage teachers,forms strict recruitment and well-off systems.The School uses militarize management,safe,sanitary and healthy morality management.(5)On the premise of running the school well,the School has put lots of efforts to improve comprehensive management,promoted the development of the School and inject new vigor into the School.(6)In the construction and development of the School,it has formed a unique management model.In this way,the School has gotten remarkable results,high social praise,excellent sports performance,abundant personal training and economic and social benefits.(7)Successful experiences in the management of the School: fully implementing the local Party education policy,adhering to the “feelings” and “mission”of the inheritance and development of Chinese Martial Art culture,building a scientific and perfect management system,attaching great importance to the quality of teaching and personnel training,advocating the educational standard of “building morality and cultivating people”,adhering to the coordinated development of “public welfare” and“industry”principle.(8)There are some deficiencies in the management of the School,such as the single way of communication between school and parents,the insufficient development of school information,the insufficient upgrade of school curriculum system and the weak level of school scientific research.
