Creativity is a core vocabulary that has lasted for a long time.Among all kinds of creativity,scientific creativity,as one of the important indicators of the comprehensive quality of talents,has attracted more and more attention.For a long time,there have been two completely different views on the relationship between emotion and creativity.The former is represented by humanistic psychologists,who believe that positive emotions are positively related to creativity;contrary to this,some psychoanalysts suggest that negative emotions can promote creative activities.At present,although there are many theoretical explanations of the relationship between emotion and creativity,there are few empirical studies.In order to further clarify the relationship between academic emotion and scientific creativity,this study first makes a meta-analysis of the relevant studies on academic emotion and scientific creativity at home and abroad,and preliminarily draws the relationship between them in the existing studies.After that,stratified random sampling in a secondary vocational school in Jilin Province.Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and stratified regression analysis of 333 valid questionnaires were carried out on the characteristics of academic emotion and scientific creativity development,and the relationship between academic emotion and scientific creativity was emphatically investigated.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,students in secondary vocational school experience higher negative low arousal than other types of academic emotions.The academic emotions of students in secondary vocational school have significant gender differences.Girls experience more negative high arousal than boys.Secondly,there are significant differences in the scores of students’ scientific creativity in each dimension,which indicates that the development of students in this stage is unbalanced in each dimension of creativity.Scientific creativity has a significant grade effect,and the secondary vocational stage is the key period for the development of scientific creativity.Thirdly,in the overall score of scientific creativity,the score of positive high arousal emotion of the students with high creativity is higher than that of the students with low creativity.Positive academic emotion can positively predict the score of scientific creativity.Based on the conclusions of this study,we put forward the following suggestions for the education and teaching of secondary vocational students: first,we should care about their academic mood,offer help and guide to the students with problems in time;secondly,in the process of cultivating their scientific creativity,we should give full consideration to individual differences in teaching according to their aptitude;finally,we should establish and improve the mental health service system of secondary vocational students,so as to have effectively safeguard and promote the development of scientific creativity.
