Preliminary Research On The Co-construction Mode Of Junior Sports Clubs And Traditional Sports Schools

In the 21 century,the economic and living standard of China has been continuously developing and improving,the competition sports have been rapid development.In the 29 th Beijing Olympic Games,our country has been the NO.1 in the Gold list.But the mass sports in China is not very popular,especially in the Physical quality of Teenagers is not very good,so many people worrying about that how to maintain the status in competitive sports of the world,And promoting the mass sports and youth sports development.While we achieve this goal,the most important is to promote the development of Chinese youth sports.Because it can contain provide gifted athletes and also provide better services to the mass sports.So the co-construction mode of junior sports clubs and traditional sports schools play a very important role in this aspect.Therefore this research through interview and investigation to realize the in the teacher,funds,facilities,sports activities etc of co-construction mode.Analyze the effect and significance of it in the development of youth sports.And puts forward some Suggestions for the co-construction mode development,and provide reference for all of management and government in management and policy making.The main conclusions of this study can be listed as follows: 1.The co-construction mode is Chinese characteristics youth sport organization It can integrate sports resources,take youth sports activities,make sports talents,and take the influence of traditional sports.Its have good vitality and Good prospects for development.But in the preliminary stage the various policies is not perfect.The Management system and financing source is the main problems in it’s currently development.2.The Co-construction mode currently service large number of teenagers,the funds mainly from the national funding,membership and training,etc,its have many financing ways and space in the future.3.The co-construction mode have better source of students,have many relatively stable and excellent teachers and have many good sports builds and facilities.So this can improve youth sports activities and make good campus sports atmosphere.4.The co-construction mode is good at training and transport athlete.Its brand effect can absorb community residents around the school youth sports club come to take physical exercise.It can increase the sports population and promotes the development of mass sports.Its Also promote sports market and sports socialization.5.There are many manage department of the co-construction mode,but lack of regulations system,supervision mechanism and evaluation system,solution of these problems will be favorable of its sustainable development.
