In order to better study the competitiveness evaluation of MX products of A Internet Education Enterprise,I reviewed a large number of literature on competitiveness evaluation model,"Internet+education" and quality education,combing and classifying the relevant theories of enterprise competitiveness evaluation Model,Internet+Education,quality education and so on.On the basis of classification analysis and data collation,the corresponding industry data,literature,report data production compilation,combined with A Internet Education Enterprise MX product development status analysis,so that readers of A Enterprise's initial understanding,in the detailed statement of MX product development status and MX products in the market environmental analysis,Let the reader fully understand the MX product situation,and then through the MX products similar to the analysis of several products,deepen the reader's knowledge of MX products and their market environnent,and finally let the reader fully understand the basic situation of MX competitiveness of educational products.In the process of looking for the factors affecting the competitiveness evaluation of MX products,firstly,the Porter value chain analysis method is used to analyze the value chain of MX products.Through the collation of the value chain of MX products and the combination of A Internet enterprises,six major factors affecting the eompetitiveness of MX products are sorted out.Then,according to the factors affecting competitiveness built before,the evaluation set of competitiveness evaluation is determined,and the evaluation index of MX product competitiveness is determined by reliability analysis.Combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation matrix is obtained,the factor weight vector is determined,and the comprehensive evaluation model is established.Next,based on the established evaluation index system of MX product competitiveness,the corresponding questionnaire is designed.The Lickett scale method is used to invite the frequent use of MX products.Five teachers and nine parents who have been using MX products from different schools are invited to evaluate the relevant evaluation index of MX products on the mobile phone through questionnaire stars.The final feedback of the questionnaire is summarized.Through collecting and sorting out the results of MX product competitiveness index evaluation,the order from high to low is product function ability,product operation ability,product research and development ability,product service ability,team management ability,enterprise comprehensive ability.Combining the index weight of six dimensions,the total evaluation score of MX product competitiveness is 72.32,and the competitiveness is general.Finally,according to the results of competitiveness evaluation,we put forward MX product competitiveness strategies,such as enhancing human capital strategy,improving product and service strategy,strengthening marketing strategy and other strategies.
