Since the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up,China has become the world's largest construction country.In the new era,the architecture major in secondary vocational schools has obtained good opportunities such as good employment situation,strong professional counterpart and clear career development prospects.Students have obtained great opportunities for their own development.At the same time,enterprises attract talents with generous salaries.They also put forward higher requirements for the ability and quality of the architecture students in secondary vocational schools,and they also put forward higher requirements for the architecture major in secondary vocational schools.It's also a challenge in life.Although vocational education modules have been added to mathematics textbooks in secondary vocational schools,and many contents have begun to be combined with specialties,the pertinence of the textbooks is generally low,the content is too extensive and the practicability is not high,which has no obvious effect on improving students' learning enthusiasm and employment rate.Secondary vocational education of architecture specialty trains technicians who are directly engaged in a certain kind of construction work.Therefore,mathematics teaching must be based on the principle of practicality,aiming at improving the quality and effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching,and improving students' ability of mathematics application is particularly important.The training of mathematics application ability of architecture majors in secondary vocational schools should follow the educational concept of "employment-oriented and service-oriented".In addition to carrying out mathematics application ability teaching in close connection with practical problems in students' lives,it should also combine the contents of architecture courses,formulate different teaching requirements according to the standards of mathematics courses and the characteristics of architecture majors,and deal with teaching materials flexibly.To deal with the relationship between students' classroom and practical courses,arrange homework closely related to theory and practice,and use scientific and reasonable classroom evaluation methods to evaluate students' mastery of mathematical application ability.This paper takes the Cultivation Countermeasures of mathematics application ability of secondary vocational students majoring in architecture as the research object.Firstly,the present situation and problems of mathematics teaching in secondary vocational schools are analyzed;secondly,from four aspects of classroom teaching,practical teaching,after-school homework and student evaluation,the training countermeasures suitable for the improvement of students' mathematics application ability in secondary vocational schools are analyzed;lastly,combining the training countermeasures in the course of "Measurement and Evaluation of Construction Engineering" in secondary vocational schools,practical examples are formed to carry out practice.To study and verify the feasibility of its implementation,it provides a scientific and reasonable strategy for vocational schools to cultivate mathematics application ability,and promotes the development and improvement of mathematics classroom teaching quality in secondary vocational schools.
