Research On Management Of LL University's Entrepreneurial Park

From the perspective of national and social development and progress,young students need to constantly improve their self-quality to keep up with the development of the times.Colleges and universities that can cultivate talents and provide a good learning environment need to undertake certain organizational functions in students' innovation and entrepreneurship,such as the cultivation of entrepreneurial awareness and ability,the calculation and evaluation of risk,and so on.Higher education starts late in China,and there are many problems in the entrepreneurship park of most universities.In the process of operation and management,the efficiency is not up to the ideal standard,the limited natural site utilization rate is low,and the success rate of entrepreneurship and innovation projects in campus is low.All these restrict the development of the entrepreneurship Park and the virtuous circle of the entrepreneurship environment for college students.Considering the above limitations,it is imminent to improve the overall management efficiency of University Entrepreneurship park,which is of great significance to promote college students to actively carry out innovative projects.In this paper,the main body of the study is LL University's campus Pioneering Park,for the internal management problems of the Pioneering Park for a detailed analysis,and to find a reasonable response strategy.Firstly,according to the actual situation of the construction of the campus pioneering park,this paper chooses the managers and entrepreneurs as the basic research objects.When the problems of the campus Pioneering Park are clear,the information is collected through questionnaire survey,and then the problems are analyzed from different angles.According to the manager's point of view,the entrepreneurship Park has many problems,such as low management efficiency,low policy implementation,low management level,low facilities integrity and so on.According to the perspective of entrepreneurs,the main problems are the low success rate of entrepreneurship projects,weak project potential and development stamina,less guidance for entrepreneurship projects and so on.Secondly,in order to solve the existing problems and shortcomings in LL University campus entrepreneurship park,this paper combines the management theory and practice of entrepreneurship park,analyzes the management and problems of entrepreneurship Park from various perspectives and levels,and puts forward reasonable solutions.There are several main points: First,the policy of releasing entrepreneurship park.Secondly,rectify the defects existing in the Venture Park to increase the utilization of the site and management within the park;Third,optimize and upgrade the infrastructure within the venture park;Fourthly,strengthen the management and service of the Venture Park to fundamentally enhance the follow-up momentum of the development of the venture project;Fifthly,pass.The existing special fund management scheme should be improved to improve the efficiency of venture capital utilization.Through the study of the internal management of the entrepreneurial park,this paper analyzes and clarifies the various management problems existing in the LL campus entrepreneurial park,and finds reasonable optimization strategies to improve its management level,and provides a reference for the management optimization of the same type of University entrepreneurial park.
