Moral model is the specific representative of social moral values,an important resource to guide the moral value orientation of college students,and has the role of behavior demonstration and value guidance to improve the ideological and moral quality of college students.Our country pays attention to the guidance of college students' moral values.It is the general law of college students' moral education to set up moral models to guide their moral values.However,the key to realize the guidance of college students' moral values lies in the identification of moral models.At present,the inefficiency of moral model education for college students can be attributed to the dilemma of moral model identification.Based on the current situation of alienation of moral models,the insufficiency of the effectiveness of moral model education for college students and the insufficiency of its research,this paper is based on identity theory and acceptance theory to improve the moral model identification of college students,help them better realize their self-identification,enhance the effectiveness of moral model education for college students,and implement the task of moral education in colleges and universities,by ways of documentary analysis and questionnaire.From the perspective of identity theory,this paper studies college students' moral model identification from three dimensions: moral model cognition,moral model emotion and moral model learning.It has the theoretical significance of broadening the perspective of moral model research,enriching the research results of moral model and the theory of moral model education.At the same time,it has practical significance to enhance college students' moral model identification and the effectiveness of moral model education.College students' moral model identification is a kind of psychological identification,which contains psychological elements such as knowing,will and action.It is a unified process of moral model cognition,moral model emotion and moral model learning.Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the contemporary college students' moral model identification,such as symbolization of moral model cognitive content,simplification of moral model cognitive channels,lack of deep emotional identification of moral model,existing doubts and difficulties in the transformation of moral model learning.The effectiveness of moral model education for college students is reflected in their identification and acceptance of moral models.This paper explores the weakening of moral model identification of college students from the perspective of acceptance theory,which is related to the subjective,objective,intermediary and environmental factors.In view of the problems and reasons existing in college students' identification with moral models,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions,which are as follows: in terms of the main factors of college students,to enhance their cognitive ability and strengthen the guidance of irrational factors;in terms of the object of moral models,to improve the object of moral models;in terms of intermediary factors,to optimize the channels of moral models propaganda;In terms of environmental factors,through the establishment of a moral model protection mechanism to create a good moral model system and cultural atmosphere,strengthen institutional constraints and moral legislation to improve social atmosphere,purify network environment to create a good moral model identification environment.
