Under the guidance of the new national curriculum reform,X middle school in Yulin takes improving teaching quality comprehensively as the purpose,“focus on teaching,free on quality,insist on reform and undivided attention to development” as the guidance,changing classroom teaching mode,guiding independent learning of students and participating in classroom teaching activities actively as orientation,promotes classroom teaching innovation vigorously and implements ‘123' teaching mode with five steps of guide learning plan,including “independent learning communication display-explanation and inspiration for difficulties-class test-after class extension”.This paper has made field investigation on current situation of ideological and moral course in X middle school under ‘123' teaching mode based on reality of classroom teaching reform in X middle school and with adoption of research method and literature method etc;based on this,it has made analysis and research on current situation.Based on the classroom teaching reform of moral class in X middle school in Yulin,the author analyzed the ‘123' mode and the research status of moral classroom teaching in middle school through literature research analysis of five related literature research.Then according to a questionnaire sample of teachers and students,the interviews and classroom observations of school leaders and full-time teachers,the author sets a comprehensive understanding and mastery of the present situation in moral classroom teaching of X middle school in Yulin which highlights the innovation of research perspective and research methods comparing with the similar literatures.In the scientific statistics and detailed analysis of the questionnaire survey results,interviews and classroom observation records,the author analyse and identify the existing problems and the reasons in moral class based on the "123" teaching mode.Finally,in the analysis,research and innovation,we start from junior high school ideological and moral curriculum standards and internal excellent teaching experience and the actual situation of our school,try to implement a specific ideological and take moral lesson as principle,start from ideological and moral course teachers,curriculum resources,guidance,the preparation of the case,the combination of theory and practice and the improvement of student evaluation system to optimize several aspects of the research on innovation optimization strategy.Compared with the similar literature,it has broken through the solidified solution of three parties——schools,teachers and students,and put forward new solutions.In this paper,the research has strong pertinence,feasibility and practicalities.It also has high theoretical value and practical significance.It is closed to the curriculum reform and the forefront of the research problem which has certain reference and popularization value to the front line moral class teachers' classroom teaching.
