The moral model is the personalization of social morality norms,and the resource treasure of ideological and moral education of college students.It plays an important role in promoting the ideological quality,moral quality and spirit of the students.However,with the space of reform and opening accelerating,social and ideological trends at home and abroad spreading,the college students are deeply influenced,in the psychological state,values and behavior choices are changing mobility,the face of traditional values And the conflict of emerging values,it is easy to be misled and captured by the erroneous thoughts.Therefore,there is an urgent need to conceive,erect,promote and learn moral examples,and use the positive energy of model to guide the development of college students' ideological and moral character.This article originated from the suspicion of various kinds of perceptual judgments such as model power infinity and fail model education.we try to obtain the objective rational knowledge about the current situation of the model education efficiency,from the two aspects of theory and practice.In the part of theoretical analysis,the paper mainly uses the method of literature research to sort out the definition,features of moral model,model education and efficiency,and highlights the difference between model and moral model,and seizes its core characteristics-altruism.Through analysising the elements of moral education,the author clarifies its general process and steps,and mainly analyzes students' psychological mechanism in moral model education,to provide theoretical guidance for the formulation of scientific and reasonable model education countermeasures.In the part of the practical inquiry,we mainly adopt the methods of questionnaire survey and interview.First of all,through investigation,statistics and analysis of the current situation of the moral education of the undergraduates in the sampling school,we find some problems:the current college students have deep understanding but still some misunderstandings in the level of cognition;In the level of emotion,the emotional shock is big but the emotional persistence is not strong;In the level of behavior,the change of college students' morality is not significant.In short,The effectiveness of college students moral model education is still inadequate.Secondly,these problems are closely related to the teachers' educational philosophy,the psychological state of college students,the new media environment and wrong social deological trends.Finally,aiming at the problems in the practice of college students' moral model education,this paper puts forward a series of measures and methods according to their main reasons,including optimizing the educational process and methods,teachers and students' self-improvement,creating a good external environment.It is the focus and difficulty of this paper,which is mainly from the perspective of processes and elements,combining regional characteristics and realistic conditions to improve the relevance and feasibility of the countermeasures.
