As a developing county, china owns abundant human resource. College graduates has become the largest part of the new growth labor force, how to cultivate graduates'employment ability and strengthen vocational guidance services, has become a common issue of the society.This paper explores the status of the graduates'employment, and analyses the reasons and discusses the corresponding solutions to these problems from perspective of career guidance countermeasure . This paper also analyses the status and reasons of bellowing prolems, like the pressure of hunting job in fierce competition, high degrees strategy, the dramatic increasing of graduates whose career is post-graduate or civil servant oriented, the disconnection between what graduates learn in class and what needed in work, the salary and opportunity gap between male and female graduates, the trend of choosing medium- and small- sized cities as graduates'priorities, and the emerging of new ways to develop graduates'career growth. Finally, the author, based on his rich experience and solid theoretical knowledge about employment , provides suggestive solutions to these problems such as taking advantage of Chinese Communist Youth League of the university, establishing an effective information platform,realizing a multi-layer and multi-channel connection between graduates and the job market, enhancing the self-regulated learning abilities and expanding opportunities for practices outside the university. In addition, this paper creates a new perspective of exploring the solution to graduates'employment by bringing about the different types of graduates according to the employment directions they choose, such as post-graduate oriented, studying abroad oriented, direct working oriented, working in western areas, serving temporary positions as officials and setting up ones'own business. In the end, the author provides a system named Employment guidance aided system with his own experience and the necessity of work to solve these problems. |
