Under the background of the whole verbal learning,the study ofextracurricular reading is an extension of Chinese learning,making it an important tool for communication and exchange in daily life.The study of extracurricular reading has extremely important significance for the all-round development and life development of people.Junior high school students are in a critical period of reading habits,reading interests,reading methods and methods.How to strengthen the guidance of reading management and cultivate Junior Middle School students' reading Consciousness,and changing reading concepts have become urgent problems.By analyzing the problems existing in the four dimensions of resource management,system management,habit guidance and guidance management of extracurricular reading in a junior middle school in jilin city,this paper puts forward effective Suggestions to improve the extracurricular reading management of junior middle school students in jilin city from the school level.Through literature research,questionnaire survey on students and interviews with teachers and parents,the status quo and existing problems of extracurricular reading management in a junior high school in jilin city were clarified.The causes of problems in extracurricular reading management in a junior high school in jilin city were analyzed from two dimensions of school and teachers.Combined with the specific factors of influence and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of reading management.According to the investigation and study,the management of extracurricular reading of junior middle school students in jilin city is at a low level,with the following problems:the management of extracurricular reading resources lacks effective integration and utilization,the management of extracurricular reading system is not in place,and the guidance of extracurricular reading habits lacks initiative and self-discipline.The management of extracurricular reading guidance lacks effective communication and interaction.According to the investigation and research,the main reasons leading to these problems are as follows:the school attaches low importance to the degree of resources allocation,methods are not appropriate,the lack of corresponding management system and rewards and punishment measures;Teachers and parents have weak awareness of extracurricular reading management and lack of extracurricular reading management methods.For junior middle school students' reading some of the problems and reasons,gives the school should improve the system of extracurricular reading management,strengthen the cultivation of student's extracurrieular reading ability,the school should strengthen the teacher training of extracurricular reading management ability enhance the level of teachers on students' extracurricular reading guidance,schools should actively build parent-school cooperative channels,let parents play a supervision and maintenance of student extracurricular reading management responsibility.
