Research On Mental Health And Personality Traits Of High-level Athletes In Shandong Universities

This paper takes the high-level athletes in seven colleges and universities of Shandong Province as the research object,starting with the psychological unhealthy or unhealthy personality caused by the current learning training contradictions,interpersonal communication,employment problems,training injuries and other practical problems of the high-level athletes,to explore the causes of the problems,and to supplement the national sample for the sports training of the high-level sports teams in Colleges and universities of Shandong Province The psychological research of its athletes provides certain data and basis for more scientific training.The conclusion of this study is as follows:1)in the personality traits of high-level athletes in Shandong Province,the neuroticism score of female athletes is higher than that of male athletes,and the neuroticism score of national level 1 and above athletes is higher than that of national level 2 athletes,and the difference is significant.2)the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,terror and mental health of female college athletes in Shandong Province are higher than that of male students,and the scores of national level 1 and above athletes are higher than that of national level 2 athletes in all dimensions of mental health,and the difference reaches a significant level.3)there are significant differences in all dimensions of mental health of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities of Shandong Province in football,basketball,volleyball,track and field,aerobics,among which the differences in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,and total score of mental health have reached a very significant level.4)there is a significant positive correlation between neuroticism and mental health in personality traits of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities in Shandong Province.There is a significant negative correlation between extraversion in personality traits and anxiety and terror in mental health,while there is no significant correlation between other dimensions.5)in the five dimensions of personality traits,neuroticism and extroversion predict mental health,neuroticism has a positive predictive effect on mental health,while extroversion has a negative predictive effect on mental health,of which neuroticism is the most powerful.
