A Research On The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Educationin County Areas Of Guizhou

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the material life and spiritual and cultural life of the public have been comprehensively improved,and the public also has new expectations and goals for social public services.Among them,the people's demand for basic education in China has also been evolved from the initial "popularity" to "equilibrium." As scholar Wu Jingjing said,"At present,under the general environment in which compulsory education has been universally popularized,compulsory education is extremely uneven among regions,between urban and rural areas,and between schools." Compulsory education in the central and eastern regions is better than that in the west,urban compulsory education is better than rural areas.In general,the resource advantage has an infinite amplification trend in China.A city in Guizhou Province is where I was born and raised.This is a typical area where regional compulsory education is unevenly developed.In recent years,the development of education in A city is relatively backward compared to other cities and states in Guizhou Province.The P District is also an important municipal-level jurisdiction of the city,which is representative of the development of district and county education in A city.Therefore,improving the balanced development level of compulsory education in P District and even A city is of great significance for improving the balanced development of compulsory education in Guizhou Province.Taking the P area of A city in Guizhou Province as an example,this paper analyzes its development,existing problems and the causes of the problems.At the same time,this paper combines relevant theories and uses literature research methods,case study methods,investigation methods and other methods to propose strategies for further improving the balanced development of the compulsory education of P District.This paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction,mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of this topic.It elaborates the theoretical tools of this paper and the related concepts of balanced development of compulsory education.On this basis,it makes a literature review at home and abroad,and expounds the main research methods and ideas of this paper.Chapter 2: Combining with the reality,it introduces the current situation,measures and achievements of balanced development of compulsory education in P District,A City,Guizhou Province.Chapter 3: The problems and reasons of balanced development of compulsory education in P District are elaborated in detail.Chapter 4: Combining theory with successful practice at home and abroad,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the balanced development of compulsory education in P District.Finaly,make a brief summary of the full text and make a prosperous outlook for the future.
