The balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic areas is of great significance to the realization of educational equity and the maintenance of national unity.In order to achieve the balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic areas,we must ensure the balanced development of teachers' resources,because teacher allocation is the key to the balanced development of compulsory education.The construction of teachers in the compulsory education stage,especially in the poverty-stricken areas,is restricted by various factors,and the current situation is still not optimistic.Based on this,This research chooses the G national autonomous county,which is one of the 58 successive counties in Gansu province,and conducts a field investigation on the teachers' team in the county's compulsory education stage,analyzes the actual problems in the process of the balanced development of compulsory education teachers in the ethnic autonomous counties,and then looks for an effective path to the balanced development of the compulsory education teachers in the minority areas.First of all,through the analysis of the questionnaire data and the interviews with teachers,the present study on the balanced development of teachers in compulsory education in G county is mainly from the four dimensions of teachers' quantity,structure,quality and working conditions,To grasp the overall development of the national autonomous county teachers,but also a comparative analysis of the inter-school,urban and rural teacher development gap between what.After analyzing,we find that there are still some lack of full-time music,sports,fine arts teachers in G county compulsory education teachers,the proportion of teachers in the rural areas is not harmonious,the proportion of primary and secondary school teachers is imbalanced,the proportion of teachers in rural schools with middle and senior titles is relatively small,the proportion of teachers in urban and rural areas is imbalanced,the teachers 'academic level is uneven and teachers' training is ineffective,the teachers' salary is generally low and other issues.The unbalanced teacher development in the compulsory education stage in minority areas is restricted by many factors,the economic foundation is relatively weak,the gap between urban and rural teachers' treatment is big,the educational idea is old and backward,and rural students are experiencing serious mobility is the important factor.Therefore,combining with the characteristics of minority areas and the complexity of the balanced development of compulsory education teachers,we will continue to improve the approval of teachers to develop standards,innovative teacher training mechanism,promote the rational flow of teachers,improve the level of teachers' treatment,develop teacher incentive policies is an effective strategy to realize the balanced development of compulsory education teachers in the county poverty-stricken areas.
