With the deeping of reform in our country's basic education,school-based teaching and research has already become an important path to improve the profession and teaching qualityof teachers.The S Primary school is carrying out curriculum reform and forming a system.So as to better analyze and grasp the problems and attributions existing in the management of school-based research.Adopted questionnaire survey method,observation and interview method,the author looks up materials on cnki,interviews the staff.Then the author mainly analyzes the current stuation of S school-based research management,and use the PDCA Cycle.At present,the problems existing in the school-based training management of s school are as follows: the system construction is not perfect,the implementation of the existing school-based training system is insufficient;the management objectives and contents are not clear,the management concept is insufficient,the professional guidance is insufficient,the training content is not diverse,the supervision is not in place,the evaluation and incentive mechanism is not perfect,and the organization and leadership do not pay enough attention to it.The author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for the school-based training management of s School: improve the school-based training management system;attach importance to the construction of training team;strengthen the training process management;improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism.
