Class is the first collective activity position for modern students to participate in except family,and also the main place for students to learn knowledge and get along with people.Because of the lack of the ability of supervisor judgment,the class teacher is required to manage the students when they carry out learning activities and other collective activities in the class.The development shows that the class management quality of class teacher is closely related to the quality of students' learning in school.Under the background of educational reform,the traditional management methods and methods of class cannot adapt to the psychology of modern junior high school students.Their development is also increasingly reflected,mainly in several aspects:first,the class management is limited to the class teacher,and the management pressure is large;secondly,the management style is old,which limits the development of students'personality;thirdly,the attention to students' mental health is ignored.These problems seriously hinder the students' comprehensive and healthy development.This study is mainly based on the current situation of the class management of Q junior middle school class teachers,and investigates the overall situation of the class management of the head teachers.Through sorting and statistical analysis,the problems existing in the class management of the Q junior middle school class teachers,including the high pressure of the head teacher management work;old management methods,Backwardness,and the teacher's neglect of students'needs.Next,analyze the causes of the class management problems of the head teacher from various angles,including the over-heavy tasks of the head teacher,the school's insufficient attention to the training of the head teacher,and the neglect of the main role of student development.Finally,combining the relevant educational theories,the countermeasures to promote the class management of Q junior middle school class teachers are put forward to provide reference for the class management of junior high school class teachers in our country.This study is mainly based on the current situation of the class management of the head teacher in Zhongshan Q junior high school,and investigates the basic situation of the class management of the head teacher.Through sorting out and statistical analysis,it analyzes the problems existing in the class management of the head teacher in Q junior high school,including the problems of the pressure of the head teacher management,the low enthusiasm of the work,the rigid management mode and the neglect of the students'psychological needs.On the basis of fully analyzing the causes of the class management problems of the head teachers,combined with the relevant educational theories,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote and inspire the class management of the middle school head teachers,so as to provide reference for the class management of the middle school head teachers.In this study,mainly from five parts of the subject analysis and demonstration:in the first part,mainly from the background of the subject,its significance is analyzed,at the same time,this paper summarizes the study status,methods and so on.In the second part,it introduces the related concepts and theories of class management,including the definition of related concepts,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Rogers' humanism theory and Macalianko's collectivism education and other basic theories.The third part is the study and design of the survey on the current situation of class management of junior middle school class teachers.Through the analysis of the questionnaire and interview content of junior middle school class management,it provides the basis for the following.The fourth part points out the three main problems in the class management of junior middle school head teachers,and analyze the causes.The fifth part is the solutions to the problems of the management of junior middle school class teachers.In view of the problems existing in the management,this paper puts forward some strategies for the class management of junior middle school,and illustrates these strategies with specific examples.
