Songjiang,which is the birthplace of Shanghai,has a long history since ancient times.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and the influx of population,the contradiction accumulated by historic shortage of education resources entered the outbreak stage,which was shown as the following three ?most? in Shanghai: the fastest growth in the number of students,which increased from 73,000 in 2006 to nearly 150,000 at present;the biggest average class size of junior middle schoolin resent three years;and the lowest average construction area foreach student.The severe situation of education is mainly reflected in the shortage of resource supply.The campus safety collaborative governance for junior middle school students has become the focus in Songjiang.Guided by Governance Theory and Collaborative Governance Theory,studied on the campus safety collaborative governancefor Songjiang junior middle school students,and based on related researches at home and abroad,the thesis discusses the actual situations andexisting problems and also puts forward some countermeasures for the campus safety collaborative governance of Songjiang junior middle school students,respectively analyzing from "collaborative concept","collaborative system","collaborative mechanism" and "collaborative ability".That is,to strengthen theconcept,to perfect the system,to build the platform and to improve the ability of campus safety collaborative governance for junior middle school students.The campus safety of junior middle school students has a significant and far-reaching impact,which is related to the future of our country,the stability of the society and the hope of all people.In some sense,it can be seen as a major event of our state and a socialissue that is widely discussed.This thesis,by studying on thecampus safety collaborative governancefor junior middle school students through literature research,case analysis etc.,has an important theoretical and practical significance for expanding the research horizon,enriching and perfecting the research achievements and improving the ability of campus safety collaborative governance for junior middle school students,and also for maintaining the safety and stability for both school and society.
