The chemistry experiment is the basis of chemistry,it is an important part of chemistry subject content.After the new curriculum reform,the status of experiments in chemistry teaching has become more and more important.In order to actually understand the specific situation of chemistry experiment teaching of high schools in different areas of Hunan province understand the background of the new curriculum.In this paper,the status of selected chemical experiments in high school textbooks experimental implementation of Hunan province as a research topic.To further promote the chemistry experiment teaching in high shools of Hunan province,it also to improve the quality of experimental teaching.A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among the teachers and students who participate in chemistry olympic contest summer camp of Hunan,they also visited some typical laboratories.The investigation and the interview is mainly from,the equipment of schools'chemical laboratory,experimental demonstration and student experiment research and school conditions,teacher's emphasis on the experimental teaching of chemical experiment etc.Get the current situation of high schools's chemistry experiment in the different regions of Hunan province,compared to there is no new curriculum reform,we find that some enhancements and improvements occurred in chemical experiment teaching in the teaching after the reform.But there is also some problems,such as,there is a certain gap between the high school chemical experimental conditions in different regions,especially in the remote rural high school and provincial model high school.Laboratory technician is not professional and the management system is not perfect in most schools.Student experiment is not enough and the effect is not very ideal.The teachers' research and improvement on chemistry experiment is not enough,the teacher's scientific research capacity needs to be strengthened.School leaders pay little attention to chemistry experiment,they should increase input in education of chemistry experiment.Considering the teaching situation of Hunan province,the author put forward the following strategies to improve experimental implementations in high schools of the Hunan province.Reasonable distribution of the chemical experiment teaching resources in the different schools must be existed,it will ensure the fairness of education.We must standardize the laboratory management system and the procedures of employed of laboratory technician in the school chemistry,we must strengthen the training of chemistry teacher.At the same time,we also need to improve the level of teachers' experimental skills and scientific research.We need to optimize the design of experiments on the high school chemistry teaching material in order to promote the implementation of the experimental teaching.We need to improve the evaluation mode of student's experiments and pay attention to the implementation of experiments.
