Objective:Executive function is human advanced cognitive activity. In the face of the changing world,we need to began to form plan behavior, reasoning, problem solving,to complete various tasks and adapt to the new environment, and to do these activities, depend on the brain normal executive function.Executive function disorder leads to produce the abnormal of cognitive, emotional and social function in patients. Therefore, looking for the means of improving and enhancing executive function has the vital significance. In existing the study, the positive relationship of short-term aerobic exercise and executive function had received preliminary approval of some study, but the long-term aerobic exercise needs to be further researched. In addition, there is a close relation between cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function.Based on this,in order to explore the relationship between long-term aerobic exercise and executive function, understanding the cardiorespiratory fitness in the regulation, the experiment research is designed.Through this study can help people to understand the close connection between body and mind,to reveal the relationship between exercise and cognitive,to improve executive function and provide targeted exercise scheme for specific people. In addition, through this study can also lead people to know the function and value of sports,to change our general mood of society of "Attaches great importa-nce to intellectual education, look down on sports",thus to provide services for impro-ving the youth physical health. Methods:We selected the first-year 23 female collge students, exercise interven-tion plans for eight weeks, three times a week,60 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise. In baseline and after exercise intervention, respectively test three executive function tasks of Flanker,Stroop and N-back.Results:Adopting the method of repetitive measure analysis of variance to explo-re the influence of long-term aerobic exercise and cardiorespiratory fitness on executive function. In the Flanker task of consistent and inconsistent reaction time,long-term ae-robic exercise has a significant effect on high cardiorespiratory fitness group, and after the aerobic exercise intervention, the reaction time is better; Before the exercise interv-ention,there was not significant difference between high and low cardiorespiratory fitness group in the Flanker task consistent reaction time; After the exercise intervention, there was significant difference between high and low cardiorespiratory fitness group in the Flanker task consistent reaction time, and the reaction time of high cardiorespir-atory fitness group is better than low cardiorespiratory fitness group. In the Stroop task of consistent and inconsistent reaction time,long-term aerobic exercise had no signifant effect on high and low cardiorespiratory fitness group. In the N-back task of o-back?1-back,long-term aerobic exercise had a signifant effect on the reaction time in high cardiorespiratory fitness group, and after the aerobic exercise intervention, the reaction time is better; In addition,in the Flanker,Stroop and N-back task,long-term aerobic exercise intervention for its accuracy were no significant to promote, there is no differ-ence between high and low cardiorespiratory fitness group.Conclusions:Long-term aerobic exercise had a some effect on executive function in female college students, and high cardiorespiratory fitness group has better exercise benefits.
