Academic burnout is an important factor that affects students' achievement and physical and mental health.The phenomenon of academic burnout exists in different degrees.Previous studies on academic burnout mainly through the questionnaire scale method,analysis of causes and a simple intervention.But now,the analysis on burnout causes,mainly weariness as the background,by empirical analysis method to explain the formation and causes of burnout,lack of depth analysis of the case;intervention study on learning burnout,although the former has made a large amount of achievements,but from the existing research,psychological treatment the use of technology to solve the burnout is relatively simple.The imagery dialogue technique is a new method to be further explored.Compared with other treatment techniques,the biggest advantage is that it can reduce the impedance of the counseling proces.It can be seen from the application of the status quo,this therapy has been widely used in different fields have achieved good results.Based on this,the exploration of the causes of burnout,through the depth interviews to analyze the reasons,in the intervention,trying to use imagery dialogue,to explore in the intervention effect of burnout,which play an important role.This study includes the following three aspects: first of all,through the "academic burnout scale","image survey" in the second and third year students in the case of screening.Taking the middle school students' academic burnout scale score,the image condition of the students' burnout as the standard,and the voluntary as the premise,select the students with serious learning burnout,3 students of grade 2 and grade 2 of senior middle school students.Secondly,the data were collected by interview.Based on in-depth semi-structured interviews,through interviews with parents,teachers,peers,to understand the parenting style,the performance of the case in the school and the relationship between peers.Finally,the author draws a conclusion that the internal factor of middle school students are the main causes of burnout,such as: excessive tension,too important to score;rebellious;sensitivity to the opposite sex.Finally,through the imagery dialogue intervention.The selected 3 cases were conducted 8 times of intervention,1 times a week,every 50 to 60 minutesthe intervention effect through a case report,others self reflection,counselor ev aluation(measured before and after the comparative analysis of three aspects),the results show that: the intervention of imagery dialogue on burnout have a good effect.
