Innovation-behavior teaching of PE teachers refers to the behavior that teachers create initiatively novel teaching methods which are more suitable for current teaching conditions to solve the teaching problems,and then to improve their teaching quality and learning efficiency of students in regular sports courses.The 21st century is an innovating era,and innovations of each area have become the focus of attention.With the continuous deepening of the reform of education,teachers' innovation is directly related to the survival and development of the school.At present,the researches about innovative behavior with the background of educational innovation are less than the researches with the background of enterprises,especially the researches about innovations of primary and secondary school physical education teachers.On the basis of a larger number of literatures,this research analyzes and summarizes theories about innovative behaviors,with the literature date method,interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods being used.This research regards primary and secondary PE teachers as the investigative objects,and it revises the behavior scale about innovation of the teachers,compiles the questionnaires about innovation,analyzes the status of innovation and does data analysis of innovation of the teachers in Guangxi through SPSS and AMOS software.Finally,it analyzes the results of the research and draws an initial conclusion.Moreover,it puts forward some corresponding suggestions for improvements,so as to promote the innovation ability of P.E.teachers in Guangxi to adapt to higher-level requirements of the new curriculum reform.The results of the study are as follows;1.The self-designed questionnaire on the innovative actions of middle school PE teachers,which is include the dimensions of originality creation,support seeking and originality implement.The Cronbach a is 0.966(The Cronbach a of originality creation is 0.779,support seeking is 0.854 and originality implement is 0.824).The questionnaire is tested by structural equation model.The result shows:GFI?IFI?AGFI?NFI?CFI?TLI>0.8,RMSEA<0.08.The structure validity is good.2.Gender has significant effect on the innovation behavior of primary and secondary PE teachers,and the innovation behavior of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers.3.There are no significant differences in the innovation behavior of primary and secondary PE teachers in terms of the length of service as a teacher.4.There are no significant differences in the innovation behavior of primary and secondary PE teachers in terms of school s attributes.5.There are several major factors in innovation behavior of the PE teachers in Guangxi,such as,vocational level,background knowledge,working environment,teaching environment,incentive mechanism,motivation,personal style,and students' performance,etc.6.Innovative behaviors have a great impact on students' cultivation,teachers' career development and the progress of society as a whole.
