Students In Fujian Province Ecological Effects Physical Exercise Factors

This paper explores the physical exercise behaviors of college students in Fujian Province from the perspective of ecology.By applying the methods of questionnaire,interview,documentary research,logical analysis,and mathematical statistics,it analyzes the factors that affect the physical exercise behaviors of students at Huaqiao University,Jimei University,Minan University of Science and Technology,Minnan Normal University,and Fujian Normal University Minnan science and Technology.This paper first elaborates on the influencing factors of micro system,central system and external system,and illustrates how these systems interact on each other.Then from the ecological micro system,central system and external system,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote college students' physical exercise in Fujian Province,which serves as references for the cultivation of students' physical exercise habits.
