Our country attaches great importance to the physical health of young people.In 1995,the State Councilor issued the national fitness plan,which proposed to develop the national health level based on teenagers and children.In 2016,the General Administration of sport of the people's Republic of China put forward corresponding requirements for the development of middle school students' Sports in the 13 th five year plan of youth sports,but the participation of middle school students in physical exercise in China is also unsatisfactory.Relevant research shows that the current situation of extracurricular physical exercise participation of middle school students in China is far less than that of other countries [1].The research on the influencing factors of middle school students' physical exercise has become a hot issue of current researchers.Social ecology theory is a kind of theory that emphasizes the influence of individual's surroundings on individual.Under the background of Chinese education system and family,the influencing factors of physical exercise will have relative particularity and difference.Therefore,this research will explore and analyze the influencing factors of middle school students' physical exercise in our country,and provide theoretical basis for seeking to improve the methods and mechanism of middle school students' physical exercise.Based on the theory of social ecology,this research takes the influencing factors model of middle school students' physical exercise as the research object,takes the middle school students of ten middle schools in Dalian as the research object,adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on.Firstly,it consults and summarizes the relevant literature books about the influencing factors of middle school students' physical exercise,and compiles the influencing middle school Students' physical exercise factor scale;then use spss21.0 to sort out the data of the recovered questionnaire,and use spss21.0 to test the reliability,validity and exploratory factor analysis of the statistical data;finally,with the help of amos24.0 statistical software,build,verify and modify the data after exploratory factor analysis;get middle school students' physical exercise The structural model of the influencing factors is analyzed in detail.The results are as follows:Spss21.0 is used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and exploratory factor analysis.Amos24.0 statistical software is used to build the model of the questionnaire data,and the first-order and second-order confirmatory factor analysis is carried out on the model.Finally,the influencing factor model of middle school students' physical exercise with 4 first-order indexes and 19 second-order indexes is obtained.(2)In the path analysis of the model,four latent variables,family,individual,school and society,all have great influence on the physical exercise of middle school students.The path coefficient isabove 0.8,among which the school factor and social factor are the first.In the family factors,according to the degree of influence,they are "parents' company",parents' knowledge of physical exercise,parents' financial support and parents' physical exercise habits;in the personal factors,they are "individuals' knowledge of physical exercise","individuals' external factors","individuals' sense of gain" and "individuals' internal factors" in order of degree of influence;learning Among the school factors,according to the degree of influence,they are"P.E.teacher's P.E.","school leaders' attention","school sports facilities","middle school students' spare time";among the social factors,according to the degree of influence,they are"whether there is professional sports guidance around the community","social publicity for sports","community body" Education and exercise atmosphere "and" construction of sports facilities around the community ".(3)For the influencing factors of middle school students' physical exercise,we should not only pay attention to the impact of a single environment on middle school students,but also pay attention to the impact of the interaction between a single environment on middle school students' physical exercise.
