The professional development of teachers is a necessary condition for them to fulfill their responsibilities and missions better.Its level of development has a direct influence on the improvement of teaching quality.Teachers' professional development cannot go on without the management and support of the school.However,there still exist many anomie problems in basic education schools' management,which has a severe impact on teachers' professional development.Therefore,in terms of the perspective of school management,how to support and help teachers to acquire professional development has become a hot topic in the field of education research.On the basis of analyzing those existing relevant research results of teachers' professional development and the school management,the thesis designs the questionnaire from the view of the teachers' professional self-identity,the intention of professional development,the vigor of professional development,the composed forces of professional development and the assessment of professional development.Besides,it conducts the questionnaire survey and the interview to XX middle school teachers.It shows that the sample school has got rapid development since it was founded,but there are still some problems in its teachers' professional development.For example,the professional development power is dissolved by low professional identity;the professional development cycle is extended by weak professional development intention;the progress of professional development is slowed down by the insufficient vigor of professional development;the validity of the professional development is pulled down by the insufficient composed forces of professional development;and professional development reflection is impacted by the single evaluation of professional development.With further research on the above problems,the thesis reveals that the insufficient guidance of school philosophy,the lack of organizational support,the absence of system guarantee,the absence of environmental image-building and the lack of service resource are the main reasons for the problem of teachers' professional development in the sample school.The thesis reveals the school strategies that support teachers' professional growth from five aspects: First,clarify the value orientation of the principal and improve the leadership of the principal;Second,improve the school culture atmosphere and ipprove the sense of teacher service;Third,simplify the school management program and realize the flattening of organizational structure;Fourth,strengthen the school environmental image-building and unite the composition of forces of teacher groups;Last,broaden the resources and ways of teachers' growth and improve the school education teaching evaluation.The study of supportive strategies on teachers' professional development explores the strategies of promoting the growth of professional development of teachers from the perspective of the management of school.The study maybe provide references for the researches of improving the school effectiveness,improving the quality of school education teaching and promoting the social educational equality.
