A Study On The Methods Of Group Working To Solve Young People's Development Needs

This paper focus on the youth group which live in the relocation community in the city,using the professional skills and methods of group work intervention with the mode of project management,in order to enhance the creativity of the service objects,increase energy for the clients,and promote the overall quality of the community residents with young people.Promote and use community resources to solve the ultimate purpose of the community's internal problems.The research mainly uses quantitative research and qualitative research.It measures the customer before and after the project and operates the concept of creativity,thus observing the growth and change process of the service target.At the same time,methods such as unstructured interviews are used to better understand and grasp the state and changes in the psychology of the service subjects during the project.The results of the study show that although there are still some problems in the operation of social work projects,the overall use of this method can improve the efficiency of social work services and save manpower and material resources.The project operation should be continuously developed and improved so that the social service can be more efficient.
