Study On Community Education Project Management In Nanning College For Vocational Technology

Community Education is a education activity that aims to improve the comprehensive cultural quality and vocational skills of community residents and serve local economic construction and social development by utilizing various education resources in a certain region.At present,Chinese Community Education is the most important form of national advocacy for lifelong education and lifelong learning,Community Education is the link between national education and regional economic and social development,the future development of Chinese society to a higher level needs the comprehensive help of Community Education.In the Community Education project in China,the Community Education activity mainly carried out by schools has become the mainstream.Research on Community Education project management,especially on Community Education project management in Higher vocational colleges by taking advantage of education teaching,has become a hot research direction.From the perspective of development,achievements and problems of Community Education in China,this paper comprehensively analyzes the main ideas and approaches of Community Education in China,based on the results of the project construction of education college in Nanning community in NANNING COLLEGE FOR VOCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY,adopts the methods of literature review,investigation and inquiry,comprehensive comparison and typical analysis to process,sort out,analyze and study the relevant information obtained,and In practice,the management system and operation mechanism of Community Education project construction in NANNING COLLEGE FOR VOCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY are explored and systematically studied,from the perspective of project management,this paper puts forward the methods of Community Education project management.Through the research,improving the theoretical understanding level of education in the community,from the height of promoting the coordinated development of Community Education and community economy,we will relearn Community Education,explore colleges and universities to serve local social development,and explore the guiding management mode of Community Education project.
