The loss of school teachers in rural areas is one of the outstanding problems in recent years,the construction of teachers in the current period,the superposition of coexistence of two urban and rural economic structure system and Chinese ad hoc system of socialist market economy will exist for a long time,poor teaching environment,teachers to be in effect is low,weak teachers,teachers stress and other reasons next,under the market economy system,labor can flow freely,the labor force will flow to the area from the disadvantages of advantage,which is consistent with the principle of maximizing economic benefits,the loss of school teachers is becoming increasingly serious,which not only detrimental to the sustainable development of local social economy and culture,but also delay even restricts the development process of the country.The problem of teacher drain in rural areas is becoming more and more serious,which brings many difficulties and frequent crises to the healthy development of rural education,so it is urgent to study and solve.How to keep teachers in rural schools is relatively stable,how to cultivate high-quality teachers,become the key to the full implementation of quality education,has become the focus of the construction of new socialist countryside construction of a harmonious society,it is an important issues to be solved in front of rural primary and secondary schools.In order to create a better deepening education reform,to adapt to the new requirements of the reform of rural education,solve the problem of the loss of the current primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas,we must strengthen the construction of teachers team,in the system of the integration of urban and rural real before the formation of long period stacking,gradually narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,reduce rural teachers "old go,new not" embarrassing situation.To realize the rational allocation of human resources in rural primary and secondary school teachers,and to promote the development of local education.The study in Dongyuan County of Guangdong Province,Heyuan city as the starting point,analysis of the development status of rural school teachers and the existing difficulties,explore the causes of the loss of teachers in rural schools,puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems,provide theoretical basis and practical methods for the realization of rural teachers in China support program.Firstly,contact the Dongyuan County Education Bureau,people club Bureau,Finance Bureau and other relevant departments,access to relevant information,to understand the overall situation,the loss of teachers in rural schools of Dongyuan county situation,provide the basis for thesis writing.Secondly,based on the related theory of teachers is expounded in the five,according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,assume the identity and demand of rural primary and secondary school teachers to meet the situation is the impact factors of turnover intention,setting questionnaire items,access to rural primary and secondary school teachers' personal information and produce various factors of turnover intention the degree of influence.Then,according to the comprehensive consideration of factors of economic development and far from the county,questionnaire and interview survey carried out in rural schools from Xian Tang Town,Xingang Town,Luo town,boat town,Xinhuilong Town,Jian head town,6 villages and towns.On the basis of sampling survey,the basic situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers is understood and statistical data are analyzed,which lays the foundation for establishing econometric models.Finally,through the data of survey results establish the econometric model and statistical methods for processing,and produce on the identity of rural school teachers in Dongyuan county and the turnover intention of the relationship between the assumed factors of turnover intention influence analysis,put forward suggestions to solve the problem of the loss of rural school teachers in Dongyuan County,and discusses on the shortcomings in the research process.
