Research On The Optimization Of University Professional Structure

With the rapid development of modern social politics,economy,science and technology and human civilization,colleges and universities,as the function of talents cultivation,scientific research,social service,knowledge of the inheritance and innovation,is more obvious.And the basis of relies for survival and development of colleges and universities is the professional education which is used for knowledge dissemination and the innovation carrier.College education essentially is a professional education,which education and teaching activities are all around and expand.Professional structure development in colleges embodies the level of running school,development level and future living space.To this end,the development and optimization of the college professional structure have been brought to the attention of the government and colleges.On the basis of predecessors' research,this article uses literature method to research the whole professional structure at institutions of higher learning in our country and uses the case study method to W university as a case study,at the same time,on the basis of using reference ecology related theory to attempt to interdisciplinary study Optimization of professional structure in colleges and universities in Chinese universities carried on the thorough research of the system.It has certain theoretical research value and practical significance to explore the strategy in optimizing the professional structure of the Chinese colleges and improve the level of professional development.First of all,the background and significance of this study,the definition of related concepts,research status,research methods and research ideas are comprehensive elaborated.Secondly,on Ecology-Based Perspective,this paper introduces the applied to college professional structure optimization study of adaptation theory,the theory of balance and imbalance,competition and symbiosis theory and relevant theory of ecology,And on the basis of which this paper expounds the professional structure of colleges,which is the product of genetic and environmental ecological succession of the structure,is a competitive and symbiosis of self-regulation of the coupling function of the structure,and is a diverse and cluster structure of the ecological characteristics of complex and diverse;in addition using the perspective of ecology to study the ecological relevance of college professional structure,ecological control,ecological adaptability,ecological balance,such as feasibility analysis,which lay a solid theoretical foundation for the following research.Again,it overall analyzes the characteristics of the professional structure development in colleges and universities,the main problems and its reason,on this basis,respectively from the basic principles of college professional structure optimization,strengthening ecological awareness promotion in colleges and universities being foundation,the appropriate use of university ecological control power being the guarantee and promote the professional development and the social demand and resource balance of supply and demand structure being fundamental,etc.optimizing the structure of the professional advice and optimization strategy of colleges in China are discussed.Then choosing the university with W as a case of empirical research,respectively from the university of W starting from the merger of the formation and evolution of professional structure,the present situation of professional structure development and achieving results of W and the existing shortage is more thorough system analyzed.It adheres to from the whole and the individual,the combination of theory with practice to enhance the effectiveness and practicality of the research.Finally,this research summarizes and analyzes the main conclusions of this study and the deficiencies.
