Cultivate social elite talents,knowledge innovation,to provide quality social services has always been the important mission of colleges and universities.And teachers as the key person to complete the mission,the teacher's quality has extremely significant effect for the survival and development of colleges and universities and the whole social progress and development that cannot be ignored.With the background of talents is getting younger,young teachers play an important role.Currently,teachers of colleges and universities across the country,especially the independent college young teachers become younger.However,how to comprehensive scientific measuring the level of young teachers in independent colleges,so as to promote its competence quality enhancement,has increasingly become the focus of social attention,and whether to have the ability to gain good performance but also became the universities and the educational world attention important topic.Currently,there have much research on university teachers' competence,and which achieved considerable results in different level.But the young teachers in colleges and universities are a special group,no matter from the teaching experience or knowledge of the cultural level and so on all need to be strengthen and improve,especially the young teachers in independent colleges deserves more thorough study the inherent law,namely what does it the basic ability take to be competent for teaching jobs and how to measure whether the young teachers have the ability to gain good performance,this will be a focus in the study of this a rticle.Based on the analysis of the literature research,questionnaire survey was conducted by means of the pearl river delta most independent college and field interviews,in order to get the development characteristics and difficulty of the young teache rs in the independent college of pearl river delta,and then try to build the competency model of independent college young teachers in pearl river delta,and provided a comprehensive analysis of applicability in different level.This research follows the logistics of literature analysis-empirical analysis-results using,to ensure the clear logic and feasibility of research.First of all,reading and collecting a large number of relevant literatures on university teachers' competence,and make qualitative analysis on related basic theory.Secondly,comprehensive study the characteristics of young teachers in colleges and universities in China,and draw lessons from to absorb domestic and foreign related research results,and then to build the preliminary theory of competency model.Thirdly,through the issuance of questionnaires and data statistics analysis achieved the competence level of excellent young university teachers,and then verifies the theory of competence quality model.Finally,take young teachers in the Pearl River delta independent college as the research subject,to imply the competence quality model into the university teacher's performance appraisal system,in order to investigate its related application research.
