The Effect Of International Talent Inflow On China's Export Trade

With the development of world integration,all kinds of factors of production flow around th e world.As an important international production factor,international talents are no exception.Based on the transaction costs in the trade costs,this paper analyzes how the inflow of international talents can overcome the influence of the informal trad e barriers in international trade to China's export trade.In the detailed analysis of the status quo and characteristics of China's international flow of talent and foreign trade,international talent inflow effect on China's export trade and summarize an d draw on the experience of previous studies on the relationship between the flow of talent and international trade: international talent flow will be conducive to trade in both reduce language and cultural barriers,enhance mutual understanding,reduce trade barriers and trade development in the information searching cost,the cost of default and other transaction costs to the promotion of foreign trade.This article mainly from the four levels of international talent's impact on China's export trade: first,summarize the international talent flow situation and international trade on the basis of the status quo,the empirical analysis of international talent impact on China's exports;second,the summary of international talent and international trade area distribution structure,empirical analysis of international talent impact on international trade,China's coastal and inland areas along the Belt and Road ";third,in the summary of international talent and China's export trade on the basis of the status quo,empirical analysis of international talent flow into different products to China's export trade influence.Fourth,on the basis of summarizing the current situation of international talent inflow and the export trade of different industries,we empirically analyze the impact of international talent inflow on the export of different industries in China.Based on the panel data of 27 provinces in China from 2003 to 2013,this paper designs the model,and uses Stata12 software to verify the role of talent influx to China's export trade.The results show that: talent flow has a positive effect on China's exports of goods,but the influx of international talent has different promoting effects on the export of products in different regions,different ways of trade and industries.The article holds that government departments should formulate effective policies to attract talents and give full play to the role of international talent inflow in China's international trade.
