With the increasing concern of the state on education equity in recent years,we will promote the sharing of high-quality resources and achieve a balanced urban and rural education.At the same time,teachers at teaching points urgently need to use external strength to improve their professional ability and adapt to the development of informational teaching.Therefore,the reform of teaching and research is imminent.Aiming at the problem of "opening out,incomplete,and not good" in the rural teaching points in our country,the teaching and research "difficulty of consciousness,lack of resources,and single mode" has proposed the construction of a collaborative teaching model for heterogeneous networks.The content of the paper consists of five parts.(1)Introduction.The introduction part summarizes the research background,problem statement,research purpose and significance,research content,and research design.(2)Literature review.By consulting the literature,the author defines relevant concepts such as “practical knowledge”,expounds the theoretical basis of research support: synergy theory and constructivist learning theory,and comparatively analyzes the four teaching and research modes of “spontaneous organization of loose semi-offline”.Clarify the research status and summarize the research implications.(3)The construction of a collaborative teaching and research model for heterogeneous networks in the same class.This part is based on the investigation of the teaching and research status of the teaching points and the understanding of the domestic teaching and research model.Combined with the research purpose,the author constructs a collaborative teaching model of the same class heterogeneous network,including four core elements(teaching and research subjects,expert teams,technical support,and guarantee mechanisms).),four basic processes(determination of the theme,preparation of teaching and research,implementation of teaching and research,reflection and communication).(4)The practical application and effect analysis of the collaborative teachingand research mode of the same class heterogeneous network.In this part,the author takes Zhouqu County of Gansu Province as an example and conducts empirical research based on the teaching and research model.Through the analysis of teachers' teaching design,teaching and research reflection,teacher interview,classroom observation scale and other data in the three rounds of teaching and research,the model is continuously revised and the strategy is optimized.Finally,five precautions for the application of the peer-to-peer heterogeneous network collaborative teaching and research model are summarized.(5)Conclusion.This part briefly summarizes the results and innovations of this research,and summarizes the insufficiency.The theoretical significance of this research is to enrich the network teaching and research model and enrich the network teaching and research organization strategy.The practical significance lies in the use of this model to guide the teaching point teachers to carry out network collaborative teaching and research,improve the teaching ability of teachers at teaching points,promote the professional development of teachers,and improve the effectiveness of network teaching and research.The research shows that the collaborative teaching model of the same-class heterogeneous network constructed by the author is feasible and effective.
