Under the background of reform and opening up,urban employment opportunities have been increasing along with the rapid economic development.In recent years,a large number of rural people continue to migrate to the city.Nowadays,the phenomenon of family migration is becoming more and more serious.Under the background of new era in accelerating urbanization speed,children,flow from rural to urban life,met with many difficulties and problems,which one of the important is the study of adaptive problem,this paper focused on the growth of the floating children is being studied in recent years along with the parents migrated to the cities of the rural household registration of the floating children learning adaptability problem.In order to research accurately on floating children in the city of learning adaptability problem,based on the study of floating children as the breakthrough point,through the Lanzhou city Y community at 4:30 class tutoring,there are direct observation of the floating children daily classroom learning by the author.At the same time on 4:30 class,51 floating children as investigation object,through questionnaire survey and interviews to study the current situation and problems of learning adaptability of floating children,found that the floating children learning adaptability overall level is low,bad learning adaptability performance are widespread,such as learning interest is not high,learning motivation,poor study habits,learning method is not science,etc.It is the main learning place for migrant children to learn in 4.30 class except schools,and family is the mainstream cognitive source.Migrant children learning adaptability in cities is low in that they are influenced by family,school,community and their own differences.Through the interview,the author learned that the migrant children in the 4:30 class in Y community need to improve their academic performance,enhance their interest in learning,and develop good learning habits,so as to improve their learning adaptability and pursue a decent urban life.Accordingly,floating children learning adaptability problem,this paper designed a voluntary study group activities,formed the growth study group,flow through each issue theme activities to guide children to make the right cognition,arouse theirlearning potential,let the children learn to observe,to imitate good learning behavior,maintain the good study habits,to promote voluntary floating children learn,grow happily.Voluntary learning group activities triggered the floating children's emphasis on learning,improve in group method makes part of the floating children,to some extent,inspired the learning potential of the floating children,it improves the ability of learning to solve problems,objectively to meet the learning needs of migrant children,group activities of the content and organization form of team members.It can be seen that it is effective and feasible for migrant children to try to learn from each other through group work,but the author believes that the improvement of migrant children's learning adaptability is a process,and short-term group activities play a limited role.Due to the author's lack of work experience and skilled work skills,the research results are still insufficient: in the voluntary learning group activities,the good learning habits of migrant children have not been maintained along with the deepening of the activities,and their learning adaptability has been improved slowly,without immediate effects.
