Argumentative writing teaching is an important task in senior high school composition teaching.The quality of teaching is not only directly related to the level of students' writing,but also concerns about the cultivation of students' rational thinking ability.However,there are still some widespread problems,such as teaching without evidence,teaching disorder,teaching not in the proper way etc.Meanwhile,the lack of reasoning abilities in students' argumentative writing is also increasingly prominent,which includes that the topic is not thorough enough,the demonstration example is not in common sense,the evidence doesn't consist of the opinion,the argument is out of logical thinking,and the usage of language is not rigorous enough.Therefore,this thesis adopts the literature research method,supplemented by teaching action research method,and it carries out an argumentative writing teaching experiment to activate students' argumentative thinking space,and to explore the strategies for cultivating senior high school argumentative reasoning ability in writing.In this way,it will be helpful to the practice of teaching in argumentative writing for senior high school.This thesis concentrates on developing the reasoning ability in senior high school argumentative writing by a series of teaching plan,which is based on three aspects that are included “the observation of society,thinking it twice;rational thinking,fair and reasonable thinking;and the overall personality of innovation”.On the basis of this,six approaches of writing techniques instruction are also shown,which contents that “discussing the reasoning method,putting forward recognizing core concept,making clear the reasoning direction;cultivating the problems awareness,digging out thinking depth,learning to comparison,expanding the breadth of thinking;getting rid of one-sided argument,deepening the argument thinking;fair and reasonable discourse”.At the same time,some methods are advocated,for example,putting reasoning ability training into daily teaching;paying more attention to classical literature,study of neologism,the ingenious design of reading notes and extracurricular writing practice;a relaxing and pleasant imagination training;a hot topic debating and sharing with each other and so on.Through these ways,it builds a platform for thinking,appreciation of the students' reasoning performance,and filled with joy and pleasure of thinking.Finally,this thesis make clear that as a guidance of Chinese teacher in the process of forming students' writing ability,strengthening the subject consciousness of teacher's writing,and precipitate and sublimate the writing experience are quite necessary.
