Research On The Influence Factors Of The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Colleges And Universities

In the future,the economic and social development gears of China will be turned through technological innovations.Resolving the impact of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements will increase the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,and in turn drive the development of the country as a whole.Although the trend of R&D of scientific and technological achievements in China has slowly turned to high-tech companies,for now,universities and research institutes are still the main developers of scientific and technological achievements.Therefore,through the exploration of the factors affecting the transformation,we can find out countermeasures to improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in universities and scientific research institutes,which will promote the development of China's national strengthOn the basis of consulting a large number of literatures and related theories,this paper analyzes the impact of the input and output of scientific and technological achievements on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements based on the combination of factor analysis and regression analysis,and therefore designs an evaluation system that influences the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.In addition,interviews were conducted to interview scientific research teams in some colleges and universities to obtain the necessary information.The interview information was combined with mathematical analysis to give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,the "Statistical Yearbook of Science and Technology in China" is used to count the data obtained,and factor analysis and regression analysis are used to make empirical analysis of the factors affecting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities,supplemented by literature,and combined with interviews with scientific research teams in some universities.The factors influencing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities:(1)scientific and technological achievements;(2)factors of scientific and technological achievements;(3)internal and external expenditures of R&D;(4)R&D personnel;(5)transformation models and operating mechanism factors;6)Factors in the promotion of scientific and technological achievements;(7)Government and corporate factors;(8)Factors in the transformation of university scientific and technological achievements;(9)Factors of evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements.Based on the data analysis and interviewing data obtained by the National Bureau of Statistics of China and the reading of literature,the mathematical model provides corresponding recommendations for the eight influencing factors that have been found to affect the transformation of university science and technology achievements:(1)Strengthening R&D funding in colleges and universities Investment and use;(2)improve the government's existing promotion system and transformation policy;(3)complement the transformation system of the university's own scientific and technological achievements;(4)strengthen the quality and marketization of scientific and technological achievements;(5)strengthen enterprises and universities(6)Accelerate the construction of transformation platforms for scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.
