Shaanxi Scientific And Technological Achievements Industrialization Affect The Factor Analysis

Not only transformation of scientific and technological(S&T) impels the economical, the social development, but also it is an important standard which weighs a university academic level as well as the competitive ability. Based on the analysis of transformation of S&T achievements of the college and the characteristic of transformation of S&T achievements in the universities of Shaan xi province, the key factors about the ability and the performance of transformation of S&T achievements in the universities were concluded and analyzed in detail. After investigation, through statistic and so on, the connection between the factors about the ability and performance of transformation of S&T achievements in the universities was studied. Advice was formulated about transformation of S&T achievements in the universities of Shaan xi province .The present dissertation was intended to be creative in the following respects:Firstly, Basing on research of theory about transformation of S&T achievements of the college, thinking of its lifecycle, the paper analyzes all kinds of factors in each phase in detail, and studies the main achievement and effective measures about the foreign advanced countries' experiences on S&T achievement industrialization in the universities, according to study the current status of transformation of S&T achievements of the college in our country , the paper analyzes the main problem of our transformation of S&T achievements, and then analyzes the factors of transformation of S&T achievements in the universities.Secondly, the process of transformation of S&T achievements in the universities was analyzed in detail, generalizing the factors about the ability and the performance of transformation of S&T achievements in the universities, according to dig and analyze the factors, the paper advances the concept model about the ability and the performance of transformation of S&T achievements in the universities. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the paper analyzes the factors about transformation of S&T achievements.Thirdly, the key factors about transformation of S&T achievements in the universities were abstracted. Through the investigation and some communication, the 10 hypotheses were tested and some results were drawn and analyzed. After the multinomial regression analysis, the correlation of the 3 factors affected the ability and the 3 factors affected the performance of transformation of S&T achievements in the universities were resolved.
