| In recent years,the degree of aging in our country has become more and more serious,the development of pension service has been accelerated,and the demand for pension services professionals has increased dramatically.Moreover,there are problems such as insufficient personnel,poor skills,etc.,especially in the training of pension care talents,which is seriously lagging behind.Therefore,how to train high-quality nursing talents for the elderly and meet the growing social demand for the elderly population is particularly important.The quality of the training of professional talents for the elderly service and management is directly related to the quality of the development of the elderly care industry.With the deepening of the service demand for the elderly,the requirements for professional ability of the service and management for the elderly have also changed.The talent training program should be continuously optimized with the market demand for talents.Therefore,it is the primary task and goal of secondary vocational schools to cultivate talents suitable for social needs.In order to better meet the needs of the elderly,this study is guided by competency-based education view and human capital theory.Based on the Introduction to Vocational Education(hereinafter referred to as "Introduction")revised in 2022 and the Teaching Standards for Senior Citizens’ Service and Management in Secondary Vocational Schools(hereinafter referred to as "Teaching Standards")revised in 2019,and in combination with the Notice on Organizing the Formulation and Implementation of Professional Personnel Training Programs in Vocational Schools issued by the Ministry of Education,By using literature analysis method,interview method and text analysis method,this paper makes qualitative analysis on the training objectives,training specifications,curriculum setting and practical teaching in the training programs of senior service and management professionals in 5 secondary vocational schools in China,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems.The aim is to provide reference for the adjustment and optimization of the training program of senior service and management specialty in secondary vocational schools.The results are as follows:Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the talent training program for the service and management of the elderly,such as fuzzy positioning and lack of characteristics in the talent training objectives,difficult quantitative assessment in the training specifications,low matching degree with the training objectives,unreasonable curriculum structure,difficult to meet the needs of the elderly care industry and other problems.There are some problems in practice teaching,such as teaching content lagging behind and teaching environment not perfect.Through the analysis of the causes of the problem,the following reasons are found: the implementation of the teaching standards for the elderly is not in place,the development of training programs on the needs of the elderly care industry is insufficient analysis,teachers are weak because of the phenomenon of the creation of courses,practical teaching links lack of in-depth cooperation with enterprises in the elderly care industry.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of the training program of service and management specialty in secondary vocational schools.Combine local characteristics to reasonably locate the training objectives of elderly care talent,refine training specifications according to national standards to enhance the matching degree with training objectives,accurately locate the needs of elderly care positions to improve the curriculum,improve the curriculum structure according to the teaching standards,and rationally arrange the proportion of courses.Set up specialized courses in a targeted way,deepen the cooperation between professional practice and enterprises in the pension industry,strengthen the construction of off-campus training bases and on-campus training rooms,increase the way of cooperation between schools and enterprises,and gradually improve the environment for the construction of professional talents in the pension service.Rebuild the training objectives,training requirements and modular curriculum system of service and management professionals for the elderly oriented by diversified talent types,as well as high quality and high standard practice teaching,so as to provide reference for secondary vocational schools to develop training programs for service and management professionals for the elderly. |
