This thesis seeks to examine the goals,advances and difficulties in the collaboration regarding South Africa and China based on information circulation and the perceptions the two states might have on each other,student exchange/integration and quality improvement of universities,as well as teacher trainings.Additionally,observes the magnitude to which China's goals and advancement plans for global collaboration on innovative joint-research and training are aligned and attuned with those of other emerging economies such as South Africa and its goals.Moreover,it provides a comprehensive interpretation on the integration of these academics centered on obtainable data and attempts to deal with the disproportions in student movement statistics between the two states.Furthermore,the thesis describes how South Africa has well positioned its national development plan and aligned it with the advancement of post-graduate programs,whilst looking into how it can strengthen its close relations with China within the realms of joint-research,post-school education and training,also by having in place mutual;plans;partnerships and agreements between universities and/or colleges.
